2013 Charming Spring Festival Gala and 2012 Awarding Ceremony By new year’s coming, Charming welcomes its 10th year in 2013. To start the new journey, our Administration department organized a special ceremony “ 2013 Charming Spring Festival Gala and 2012 Awarding Ceremony” . This ceremony was successfully opened under our staff’s endeavor and wisdom. The ceremony consisted of 5 parts: Sharing “Charming Dinner”, president New Year Greetings, 2013 Middle and High Level Administration Appointment, and 2012 Awarding Ceremony and Charming Spring Festival Gala.
We started the dinner on 12:00 2nd Feb, with getting together, with the best wishes from Charming leaders. The special and exquisite dinner made all staff feel happiness and warmness.
With the rapturous applause, the gala was started at 14:15. Four hosts welcomed our president, Mr. Wang gave the new year greetings. and pointed that suffering International Post Financial Crisis, some manufacturers retire from the stage of history. While even suffering the hardship and challenge, Charming has more strength, insist, braveness and wisdom. In 2012 Charming carried out ISO 9001:2008, getting approval of SGS, and received Quality management system certification. The newly establishes EPR system works well. New products have been developed constantly, symbolic projets have been improved sharply, production ability has been increased steadily. Charming has always been adhering to “ building a learning organization, creating a happiness enterprise”. We have established sales center and production center. In the following, we will set up organization system, sales system and financing system which will help to fulfill our 2013 Annual Sale target. At the same time, Mr. Wang expressed his best wishes and expectation to all Charming staff in the new year.
In 2013 as the new begining of our next 10-year, with all administrators approval, Charming will adjust its organization structure, two core centers will be set up in advance, that is sales and production centers. Middle and high level administration appointment was taken effect.
With the firm oath, our leaders showed their determination to create a brilliant Charming.
In 2012 lots of excellent staff showed themselves who developed with Charming. Monthly advanced workers, quarterly and annually advanced workers, annual brilliant, brilliant projet manager and special contributors were commended. They told us only do your best in the work can achieve success.
Overseas Sales Manager Ms. Crystal Lau song Hot Desert for us. Sketch comedy, musical drama, Chinese opera, dancing, magic show, and chorus showed our staff’s creativity and enthusiasm. We also had big lottery draws during the break of the shows. Colleagues who won the lottery were excited and thankful.
At the final of ceremony, we had a big birthday party for some colleagues who born in Dec or Jan. The birthday cake was also for colleagues who have worked in Charming for more than 5 years. Everyone had his new year wish with the light of candle. They really appreciated the meaningful birthday party. Finally, all staff song Friends together as the closing of the ceremony.
New 10th year, new journey. For a common career, let’s hand in hand to face the new challenge.
